Listing Requirements:

- Listings must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Pricing must be clearly stated and honored
Prohibited Content:
- Illegal services or products
- Adult content or services
- Weapons, drugs, or controlled substances
- Counterfeit or stolen goods
- Services requiring professional licenses you don't possess
4 Payments & Transactions
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. AdminCollab.net charges a service fee on completed transactions as outlined in our pricing structure. Service providers are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on their earnings.
Refund Policy: Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved directly. AdminCollab.net may mediate disputes but is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, or quality of services provided.
5 User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post spam, scams, or fraudulent content
- Manipulate reviews or ratings
- Circumvent platform fees or payment systems
- Use automated systems to access the Platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6 Intellectual Property
All content on AdminCollab.net, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Platform.
7 Disclaimer of Warranties
AdminCollab.net is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not verify the identity, credentials, or background of service providers, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services offered.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdminCollab.net and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws, and you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
10 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, you remain liable for all commitments made prior to termination. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
