When it comes to working with other admins or creators, do you prefer paid collaborations — where everyone’s time and effort are compensated — or volunteer partnerships built more on passion and shared goals?
Both approaches can work, but they attract very different kinds of people and outcomes.
Paid collabs often bring accountability, while volunteer ones can feel more flexible and creative.
What’s worked better for you, and why?

I prefer paid collaborations. Volunteer partnership is also good as long as you are passionate about the project, however, since you are not compensated with monetary benefits, it will be difficult for you to be committed for a long time, it is common for volunteers to lose interest over time. Likewise, volunteer also frequently flit between more profitable projects, or abandon the project of they find better prospects. However, paid collaborators are loyal, they will stay, they will be committed to their work.
